Hi, I’m Lindsay Lahargoue, the founder of Root and Recovery. I’m a Certified Massage Therapist and graduate of the National Holistic Institute, as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Wellness Coach. My work is centered around helping people feel better in their bodies, recover from stress or physical strain, and build sustainable wellness habits.
As a marathon runner, I understand firsthand how important recovery, mobility, and self-care are for both performance and everyday well-being. My personal experience with endurance training has deepened my passion for supporting others in their health journeys—whether they’re athletes, active individuals, or simply looking to feel more balanced and relaxed.
I’m deeply passionate about wellness, movement, and community. Through Root and Recover, my goal is to create a welcoming space where people can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and leave feeling restored and supported.
